What is your policy?
We hope you love your purchase from Nature Footwear. However, if you wish to return an item for store credit please email email@example.com, and we will give you instructions on how to return the item. Items purchased from Nature Footwear can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your original order - provided they are in their original condition.
Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of return. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking insurance. Nature Footwear is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail.
We do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a different item, we will wait until the returned item is received before sending out the new item. What if I encounter errors during check out?
If you encounter an error during checkout, it is most likely that your browser and our website are not cooperating. Depending on when the error occurs, your bank may hold funds in your account, but they will not be released to Nature Footwear. Please contact us at email@example.com if this happens!
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, firstly, log into your customer's account. From there, you can choose to view the order. Once you have clicked on the order, you will be able to see if it is fulfilled, shipped, or being held. If you checked out as a guest, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 1-2 days after the date of your purchase. You can, at any time, log into your customer's account to track your package. This can also be done by using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation-email.
