Payment will be taken when we have dispatched your order and it is sent from our warehouse. When using a bank transfer, check or the like, you will not be protected by the solution of objections.
When completing a purchase with ViaBill, you will, at first, receive your item(s). Thereafter, the interest free montly payment will drop every month at the 20th. The agreement of paying through ViaBill will be discontinued when a purchase is cancelled confer The Danish Consumer Protection Act § 26. ViaBill will finance a purchase up to the value of 2000 DKK. Any amounts above 2000 DKK will be financed in cooperation with SparXpress. Read more here.
Your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within three working days as a single delivery.
Right of cancellation
When you shop with Nature.dk, you have 14 days to cancel your order. You can inform us that you have changed your mind and return the item to us.
The cancellation period starts on the day you have received the items.
After receipt you may only handle the items so as to establish their nature, characteristics and the way they operate.

Cancellation of order
Nature.dk may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation arises and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned / cancelled.

As a Danish costumer, you have a 2-year guarantee period during which you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the situation. This assumes that the claim against the guarantee is valid. It is, however conditioned of the guarantee that the damage to the goods is not due to misuse of the product or other causes of damage. The claim must be made within a reasonable period after you have discovered the damage. Two months after the damage has occured is normally seen as a reasonable period. If the claim is considered valid, we will refund all reasonable costs incurred in returning the product.

When you return an item(s), please give as much information as possible about the problem. This helps our case management and minimises administration time.
When we receive the items, we will check them and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us upon purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same payment method used for the purchase. If for example you paid by card, the purchase amount is reversed to the payment card you used for the purchase.
