All prices include VAT.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan.
The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex installment, and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.
Reservation of amount:
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

Delivery:
We deliver in Denmark with GLS in 1-3 business days.
Delivery with GLS to GLS Parcel Shop is free for deliveries in Denmark when you purchase for more than 499,- DKK. For orders under 499,- DKK, delivery to GLS Parcel Shop costs 39,- DKK, and delivery to a private address costs 59,- DKK. Find an overview of shipping prices here. Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods or take physical possession of the last goods when it concerns an agreement for several different goods that are ordered in one order and are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by contacting us via chat, at info@nature.dk or at +45 73 70 93 28. You can also use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Return:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Please fill out the standard cancellation form (found at the bottom of the terms and conditions) or the return form attached to your order confirmation and send it together with your returned item (or find the form here). Then pack your items in a box and put your return label on the outside. Remember to remove or cover the original delivery label. Contact us if you are missing a return label for your order - we will make sure you get one. However, this only applies to our Danish customers. If you live abroad, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.
If you do not use our return label, you must pay for the package to be returned yourself.
Missing original packaging may result in a loss of value, so to be sure to receive all your money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.
Condition of the item when you return it:
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get any shipping costs back.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

Right of complaint:
The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act may apply to purchases of goods.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or normal wear and tear.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within 14 days after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.
Personal data policy:
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Nature ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
